Community Outreach and Projects


Giving Back to the Community


As a dedicated member of the Port Elizabeth community, LadyD believes in using her time and resources to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her. Through various community projects and initiatives, she have been privileged to serve and support vulnerable individuals and groups, promoting empowerment, education, and social upliftment.


Here are some of the community projects LadyD had been involved in:


1. Ironman Volunteer:  Assisted with event organization and logistics, supporting athletes and promoting community engagement.


2. Port Elizabeth Volunteer: Contributed to various community initiatives, fostering social responsibility and community spirit.


3. Erica House Orphanage Volunteer (3 months): Provided care, support, and mentorship to orphaned children, promoting their well-being and development.

4. Sanitary Pad Drive (2012): Organized a donation drive to provide sanitary pads to underprivileged girls, promoting menstrual health and dignity.

5. Matric Initiative Program (2020):  Supported matric students with academic resources, mentorship, and guidance, helping them achieve their educational goals.

6. Crime Prevention Neighborhood Volunteer (2021-2022): Worked with local authorities at the Algoa Park Police station and Missionvale community members to prevent crime, promote safety, and foster a sense of community with patrols.

7. Curriculum Vitae (CV) Drive (2022-2024): Assisted unemployed individuals in creating professional CVs, enhancing their job prospects and employability, with over 300 Free CVs typed and printed.

8. Dora Nginza Psychiatric Ward Toiletry Drive: Organized a donation drive to provide essential toiletries to psychiatric patients, promoting their dignity and well-being.

9. Missionvale Primary School Shock Drive:  Collected and distributed shoes to underprivileged students, promoting comfort, hygiene, and educational equality.

10. Youth Development Programs in Missionvale Community: Implemented programs aimed at empowering young people with life skills, education, and personal development opportunities to equip them with skills, such as Forex trading, crypto currency, stock market and JSE investment shares.
